Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping timeframes listed are estimates; in many cases, orders may arrive much faster than indicated.
Orders placed on or immediately before a holiday will ship on the next business day following the holiday.
Shipping Method & Delivery Requirements
All orders are shipped via UPS.
Adult Signature and valid government-issued ID are required at the time of delivery.
If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to failure to provide ID or signature, the order is non-refundable.
Required Adult Signature Service (21+)
In accordance with federal laws and regulations, all shipments containing vape, e-cigarette, or tobacco-related products require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery.
Some carriers may require your ID to be scanned to verify age.
The mandatory $7 Adult Signature Service fee is already included in your shipping cost. There is no additional charge at checkout.
If you are unavailable during delivery hours, we recommend shipping to a business address, as any individual 21 years or older may sign for the package.
Restricted Shipping Addresses
We cannot ship to addresses containing APO, FPO, or DPO, in accordance with military regulations.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Main Street Snack Attack LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
Customers must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues.
Any shipping issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer may result in delays, returns, or failed delivery.
Main Street Snack Attack LLC is not responsible for costs associated with incorrect or inaccurate address submissions.
Canceling or Modifying Orders
Orders may be edited within 90 minutes of being placed.
After this window, please contact Customer Service immediately if a change is needed.
Due to fast processing times and order volume, we cannot guarantee that an order can be altered or canceled once submitted.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. The $7 Adult Signature Service is already included in the shipping cost, so no additional fees will be added at checkout.
