Refund policy
All Sales Final
All purchases made with Main Street Snack Attack LLC are final. Refunds are only issued if an order is placed and we are unable to fulfill it due to the product being out of stock and unavailable.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered outside of the situations outlined below.
Out-of-Stock Orders
If we process your order and later determine that an item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, a refund to the original payment method will be issued for that item only.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Returns and replacements are only accepted if we shipped the wrong item(s).

If an incorrect item is shipped, the correct item will be sent at no additional charge.

All shipped orders are photographed prior to shipment and include a paper invoice to ensure accuracy.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims reported after 24 hours will not be covered.
Customers may be required to return incorrect items and/or provide additional documentation to process a claim.
Required Documentation for Claims
To process any delivery issue, the following is required:

Clear photos of the item(s) received

A photo of the paper invoice included in the shipment
Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of the claim.
ID Verification & Delivery Failure
If a package requires ID verification at delivery and the customer:

Fails to show valid ID

Does not pass the ID check
-
Or does not complete required ID verification
No refund or store credit will be issued.
Orders cancelled or undeliverable due to ID failure are considered final sale.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If a package is lost by the shipping carrier, Main Street Snack Attack LLC will handle the claim with the shipper.

If the package cannot be located, a replacement package will be shipped.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is stolen, the responsibility falls on the buyer to resolve the issue. No refunds or replacements will be issued in this case.
Discontinued Product Policy
All discontinued items are sold as-is and are considered final sale.

Discontinued products may be near or past manufacturer best-by dates.

No guarantees are made regarding freshness, performance, or manufacturer support.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on discontinued items.

All discontinued product purchases are made at the buyer’s discretion.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under this policy:

Minor cosmetic imperfections

Damage or issues reported after 24 hours

Shipping charges, adult signature fees, and sales tax

Orders refused by the customer for any reason
Final Note
Refunds are issued only when Main Street Snack Attack LLC is unable to fulfill an order due to an item being out of stock. All other approved resolutions are limited to replacements as outlined above.
